Why is my account number not populating when I search?

Please remove any dashes you may see in your account number, if applicable. For example, "12-34-5678", should be entered as "12345678".

How do I request a final reading for a property going to settlement?

Please go to our website  http://carrollcountymd.gov click on the Services tab at the top of the page- the request is located on the left side of the screen toward the bottom.

I am selling my house, do I need to notify your office?

No.  The settlement company will contact our office for a final reading.  Your final payment will be collected at settlement.

Can I pay my bill over the phone?

Yes. To make a payment by phone please call 410-386-2971 Option 4.

Who can I talk to about my water bill?

For questions regarding high usage, water leaks, meter issues, please call 410-386-2164.  For questions about billing calculations, billing credits, payment arrangements and/or termination of service, please call 410-386-2000.  For questions regarding payment methods, payment history or general payment information, please call 410-386-2971.

My water service has been terminated who can I talk to?

Please contact the billing office at 410-386-2000.
